She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Chase and Mary Chase (Bradley); her husband Richard "Deacon" Simmons; and her son Craig Simmons. She is survived by: her sons, Paul Simmons (Annemarie Dempsey) of Tivoli, NY, James Simmons (Lara) of Tivoli, NY and Richard Simmons (Grace) of Marlboro, NY; and her grandchildren, Caitlin Simmons, Emma Simmons, Jessica Harper (Dayton), Lisa Coppersmith (Mike), Amanda Simmons, James Simmons (Emily), Maddie Ames, Grace Ames, Richard Simmons Jr. (Nancy), Eric Simmons, Mark Simmons (Jessica) and Angela Simmons (Michael Kavulich). She is also survived by her sixteen great grandchildren; her one great great grandchild; in addition to her extended family.
