He is survived by: his parents, Cathy Martensen of Tivoli, NY and Craig Martensen; his stepmother MaryAnne Martensen of Highland, NY.; his brother Christopher Martensen; his sister-in-law Jessica Martensen of Buffalo, NY; his brother Evan Martensen of Poughkeepsie, NY; his stepsister Kaitlin Irvin (Thomas Hollway) of West Chester, PA; his grandparents, Francesco and Marian Pesce of Kingston, NY; and his stepgrandparents, John and Domenica Bellacicco of Lady Lake, FL. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Andrew's memory to the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society or St. Jude Children's Hospital.
