Willard Van Gelder Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Willard Van Gelder of Tioga Center, New York, born in Cambridge, New York, who passed away on November 12, 2020 at the age of 92. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his brother Donald; his sister-in-law Alta Van Gelder; and his son-in-law Curtis Josey, Sr.. He is survived by: his wife Alice Van Gelder (Herrala); his children, Marilyn Josey and Carl; his daughter-in-law Joy Van Gelder; his grandchildren, Marcia Josey, Kristine (Dan Greenfield), Curtis Jr. (Lissa Josey), Marc Van Gelder (Destinay Michael) and Kimberly (Cody Garner); and his parents, Elmer Gelder and Bertha Van Gelder (Dingman). He is also survived by his 11 great grandchildren; several nieces, nephews.
