He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard R. Brown and Leona Brown; his wife Ruth Ann Brown; his sister Christine Coe; and his uncle James Peppard.
He is survived by: his children, Loretta Phillips (Kelly), Kenny Brown (Casey Raynor) and Crystal Ellis (Jeffrey); his grandchildren, Hunter, Dale, Logan, Lakoda, Mya, Landen, Skye, Paige, Sophia, Mickayla, Caden and Richard; his siblings, Howard Brown II (Joyce), Charles Brown (Julia), Leland Brown (Maxine), Ed Brown (Margie Tracey) and Nancy Frisbie (Grant); and his sisters-in-law, Bonnie Keener, Willma Crandall, Sharon Howe-Cardinale (Joe) and Toni Scarinzi (Phil). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
