He is survived by: his daughter Cindy Dougherty (Patrick); his grandchildren, Heather Yoest (Mike), Stacey Burke, Kristin Ortega (Christopher), Ryan Dougherty (Brittany), Erin Dougherty (James Mielewski) and Colin Dougherty; his nephew Slugger Rosenberger (Arno); and his son Peter J. Burke III (Melanie).
