It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dean B McNeil of Tioga Center, New York, born in Lounsberry, New York, who passed away on January 19, 2021, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, George McNeil and Ellen McNeil (Tasker); his son Jason; and his siblings, Roger, Frank, Gilbert, Carlton, David, Ronald, Johnny and Marjorie Cunningham.
He is survived by: his daughters, Kim Harper (Paul) and Pam Brown (Gregg); his granddaughter Jessica Harper; his great grandchildren, Dominic, Aedan Gwyn, Jason and Radar Brown; his children, Teddy Bird and Tammy Williams (Josh); his grandchildren, Dylan Bird, Cole Williams and McKenzie Williams; his great grandchild Koralee of Barton; and his sisters, Lois Cole, Kathleen Rinker and Waverly. He is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews and cousins.
