She was predeceased by: her parents, Abner Taylor and Leora Jane Herbert (Spencer); her brother-in-law Edward Dunning; her siblings, Betty Hutchinson and Richard Herbert; and the father of her children Charles Baker.
She is survived by: her siblings, James Herbert (Eileen) of Barton and Beatrice Dunning (Suzi) of Owego; her children, Robert Charles Baker of Philadelphia, Bonnie Mead (Dewey) of Owego and William Herbert Baker of Wisconsin; her grandchildren, Jessi Perry (Justin) of Ohio, Joann Shrauger (David) of Owego, Russell Mead of Owego, William Levi Baker (Beth) of Wisconsin and Tyler Baker of Wisconsin; her great grandchildren, Hailee, Wyatt Shrauger of Owego, Waylon Perry of Ohio and Raelynn Baker of Wisconsin; and her cousin Beverly Foster. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
