It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard Hermance of Tillson, New York, who passed away on March 9, 2025, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his daughter Heather Hermance; and his parents, Samuel W. Hermance and Carol Orlando Hermance of Tillson. He is survived by: his wife Kim; his daughter Jennifer Marie VanLeuven; his son-in-law Allen (Christina Hermance); his grandsons, Jaxon Samuel VanLeuven and Liam Miller; his brother Frank Hermance (Cheri) of Berwyn, PA; his nephew David Hermance; and his friend Robert "Nippy" Lasher. He is also survived by many aunts, cousins, and dear friends.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to The ALS Foundation http://www.als.org. in honor of Dick's mom, who lost her battle with the disease in 1974.
