It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Barbara M. Neumann of Tillson, New York, who passed away on November 16, 2020, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her son Paul Neumann; and her brothers, James Harvey and William Harvey. She is survived by: her significant other Arthur H. Neumann; her siblings, Marguerite McVicker, Calvert Harvey and Leonard Harvey; her children, Maureen Decker (James), Theresa Kaczor (Edward), Cynthia Craig (Larry) and Mark Neumann (Deb); her grandchildren, Emerald Decker, Alexander Kaczor, Daniel Kaczor, Jacob Neumann, Nicholas Craig, Rebecca Yu (Craig), Connor Craig, Gregory Neumann and Joshua Neumann; and her great grandchildren, Jeremiah, Troy, Pacy, Lucas and Lillian. She is also survived by five children.
Due to Covid-19, memorial services will be held at a later date.
