She was predeceased by: her parents, Amos Fillioe and Beulah Fillioe (Treadway); her husband Emmett Handy (Toad); and her siblings, Donald Fillioe (Punk) and Shelvia Fillioe Bush (Peanut).
She is survived by: her children, Donald, Douglas (Lisa), Brian (Jill) and Barbara; her grandchildren, Justin, Janaya, Shalee, Megan, Nicklaus and Brayton; and her great grandchildren, Justis and Jadelynn. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Donations in Valerie's memory may be made to any of the Ticonderoga Emergency Responders or the ASPCA.
