He was predeceased by: his parents, John Palmer and Helen Donaldson Palmer; and his daughter Katrina. He is survived by: his wife Debra Ezzo Palmer; his daughter Shannon; his sister Susan Kelly (John); his grandson Ethan Dancz; his stepdaughter Kristi LaFave; and his aunt Jean Garfield. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
The family requests memorials take the form of donations to the Ticonderoga Emergency Squad or Lamoille ambulance service.
