He is survived by: his wife Marjorie Lichtenstein; his children, Lisa Knutzen (Steven) of Allendale, NJ, Gwen Scavone (Thomas) of Wyckoff, NJ and Craig Lichtenstein (Andrea) of Medfield, MA; and his grandchildren, Evan, Lindsey, Derek, Claire, Christopher, Logan, Vivien and Isabella.
