He was predeceased by: his parents, Patrick Sharkey and Alberta F. Sharkey (Alteri). He is survived by: his siblings, John Sharkey of Ticonderoga, James Sharkey (Theresa) of Ticonderoga, Michael Sharkey, Paul Sharkey of Ticonderoga and Karen Sharkey of Ticonderoga. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
