She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Eakes and Jean Lloyd. She is survived by: her husband John Melton; her children, Jean LaPeter (Michael), Trisha Wojcik (Steven) and Michael Melton (Kristina); her grandchildren, Kathleen, Michael, Lucinda, Joseph, Kimberly, Owen and Madison; her great grandchildren, Levi and Leonora; and also Sandra Dills.
