He was predeceased by: his parents, Gismondo "Jesse" and Jennie Maiolo (Brainard). He is survived by: his father-in-law Richard Monroe; his brother-in-law John Monroe; his wife Bonnie S. Maiolo of Putnam Station; his children, Larry S. Maiolo (Angie) of Ticonderoga, Michael Maiolo (Heide) of Hartford, Cassandra S. Maille (Nick) of Queensbury, Kimberly (Chris) and Rebecca; the mother of his children Irene; his daughter Martha Crammond of Putnam Station; his siblings, Genevieve Davidson of Kenner, LA, Betty Ann Maloney of Fort Worth, TX and Jesse Maiolo of Queensbury; his mother-in-law Florence Monroe; and his siblings-in-law, William Monroe (Kathy), Donnie Monroe (Elaine), James Monroe (Judy), Laurie Thatcher (Brian), Lilly Hickey (John) and Melissa Puccino (Adam). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
