He was predeceased by: his parents, David T. Bofinger, and Helen Bofinger, Jr. (Miller); his brother David T. Bofinger III; and his son Jack Bofinger, Jr.. He is survived by: his wife DeVere; his children, Terri Coleman, Jeffrey Bofinger, Debra Quinlan and Doug Spring; his grandchildren, Nick, James, Danielle, Zack, Alec, Bonna and Keisha; and his great grandchildren, Isla, Aidan and Owen.
