John C. McDonald Obituary

With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of John C. McDonald (Ticonderoga, New York), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on April 12, 2025 at the age of 94. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas McDonald and Helen McDonald; his siblings, Helen McDonald and Michael McDonald; and his granddaughter Meredith A. McDonald.

He is survived by: his wife Anne B. McDonald; his children, Mary P. McDonald, John C. McDonald, Jr. (Andrea) and Bridget McDonald Fawcett (Donald); his grandchildren, Margaret K. McDonald, Anna C. McDonald, Elisabeth B. Fawcett and Rudd C. Fawcett; and his brother Thomas McDonald.

A funeral service will be held on Saturday, April 26th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the St. Mary's Church (22 Father Jogues Pl, Ticonderoga, NY 12883). A burial will be held on Saturday, April 26th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Valley View Cemetery.
