He was predeceased by: his brother Jason E. Woodard. He is survived by: his parents, John H. Sr. Woodard and Wanda Jean Woodard (French) of Ticonderoga; his son John Woodard III; his stepdaughters, Kiera Fuller and Arianna Fuller; and his former wife Crystal Millington. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
