He was predeceased by: his parents, John F. Fritz and Clara Mae Fritz (Murray); and his wife Helen Fritz (Carty). He is survived by: his children, Michael J. Fritz, Sr. (Gloria), Joanne Fritz, Clare P. Black (Ken), William A. Fritz (Kathy) and Margaret Ann "Peggy" Robbins (Edward); his sister Mae Smith; his brother-in-law Thomas Carty; and his grandchildren, Brian Fritz (Erin), Kellyann Mandy (Joseph), Michael Fritz, Jr. (Melanie), Patricia Till (Michael), Katelyn Fritz, William Fritz, Jr., Nicholas Fritz, Christine Robbins, Edward Robbins, Jr. and Timothy Robbins. He is also survived by fourteen great-grandchildren.
