We are sad to announce that on December 23, 2019, at the age of 82, Joan Ann Forkas (Ticonderoga, New York) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Kenneth E. Woodard and Dorothy H. Woodard (Bacon); her husband Joseph R. Forkas; and her siblings, Kenneth Woodard, Jr., Gilbert Woodard, James Woodard, Percy Woodard and Adele F. Jones.
She is survived by: her sons, Thomas J. Forkas of Ticonderoga, Louis J. Forkas of Ticonderoga and Stephen M. Forkas of Ticonderoga; her sisters, Nancy LaTour of Hague, Kathy Flores of Glens Falls, Rosemary Moore of Putnam Station and Linda Woodard of Putnam Station; and her granddaughters, Sara, Samantha Joe, Jessica and Naomi. She is also survived by three great-grandchildren.
