He is survived by: his wife Linda Russell (Holcombe); his children, James Russell Jr. (Tracey) of Malone, NY., Jeremy Russell (Amy) of Malone, NY., Christopher Russell of Malone, NY., Jason Russell of Malone, NY. and Katlyn Barrows of Ticonderoga, NY; his grandchildren, Adam Russell, Aubrey Russell, Jasmine Russell, Autumn Burdick, Aaron Burdick and Aria Barrows; his siblings, Donna Mae Dumville (late Gary) of South Bombay, NY, Thomas Russell, Sr. (Kim) of Moira, NY, Debra Yonkoski (Gary) of Malone, NY, Susan Kelley (Thomas) of Malone, NY, Belinda Niles (Chad) of Brushton, NY and Janet Monette (Shawn) of South Bombay, NY; and his close friend Tom Turner. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and great-nieces and great-nephews.
