She was predeceased by: her mother Shelvia Bush (Fillioe); her sisters, Robin L. Wells and Michele Goot; and her close friend Paul Fosco. She is survived by: her children, James Bevins (Crystal), Julie Charboneau (William, Jr.), Christopher Jalonack, Joshua Jalonack and Paige Jalonack; her siblings, Kirk Wells, Jason Bush and Stacie Bush; her niece Lexi Billetts; and her grandchildren, Dalton, Ronic Charboneau, Tristan, Ryan, Brooklyn, Bridgette, Destiny, Colton, Landon Jalonack, Alyssa, Brandon Bevins, Kiel and Jocelyn Doak.
