He was predeceased by: his parents, Harvey Yaw and Lillian Yaw (Becker); his wife Nancy Ann Yaw (Scripter); and his siblings, Marie Blowers, Consuella Yaw, Priscilla Morin, Harriet Cole, Frederica Sharpe and Rolland H. Yaw.
He is survived by: his children, Kimberly A. Yaw of Ticonderoga, Harvey Yaw (Frank) of Carney, Ireland, Edward Yaw (Sharon) of Hudson Falls, Martin J. Yaw (Deborah) of Ticonderoga, Michael J. Yaw (Rebecca) of Hudson Falls and Marc "Jay" Yaw (Gemma) of Ticonderoga; his sisters, Lillian Lawrence of Connecticut and Wilhemina St. Pierre of Connecticut; his grandchildren, Zechariah Yaw, Stephen Yaw, Brittany Yaw, Tierny Yaw, Tyler Bartlett, Brielle Bartlett, Tanisha Bartlett and Nicholas Yaw; and his great grandchildren, Henry Yaw and Sunny Sharpe.
