He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis Joseph and Bernice O'Connell (Stephenson); and his sister Jane Marshall (O'Connell). He is survived by: his sister Phyllis Steele of Ticonderoga; and his niece Julia Trombley (Alan) of Ticonderoga.
