He is survived by: his parents, Amy Hoffay and Eric Gall; his grandparents, Deborah Denno and David Hoffay (Victoria); his aunts and uncles, Giselle Price, Sara Hoffay, Kirk Gall, Mark Gall and John Gall; and his close friend Robert.
