She was predeceased by: her parents, Grant L. Thatcher and Sarah Baker Thatcher; her husband Bernard; her son Michael Grant Keegan; and her siblings, Sidney Thatcher, Richard Thatcher (Dick) and Barbara Bevins.

She is survived by: her sisters, Colleen McCarthy and Dorcey Crammond; and her children, Doris Keegan (Bush), Mary Robinson, Sarah Morin, Bernard Jr. (Jeannine) and Patrick (Donna). She is also survived by 12 grandchildren, 13 great grandchildren and 1 great- great grandchild.

Donations in Bea's memory can be made to the Alzheimer's Association or Cherry Tree Lane, Mountain View Center, 9 Haywood Avenue, Rutland Vermont 05701.

“Mrs. Keegan was the kindest, sweetest woman I have ever met. She was patient when Mary and I were in her house. My dog would sit outside and whine. Finally Mrs. Keegan said tactfully, "Girls I think you should go out now. Pedro misses you." I always visited her when I came to Ti. She will not be forgotten. DEBBIE PRATT”
