He is survived by: his friend Walter Hubbs; his significant other Nancy Latini Charles; his children, Richard Charles (Kaila) and Kristin Wise (David); his grandchildren, Hunter (Jessica), Payton (Ben), Mackenzie, Tucker, Kayden and Evelyn; his great grandchildren, Liam and Rylie; and his brothers, Edward (Patty) and Thomas (Linda). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and friends.
