He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Roy Couchman and Ruth Couchman (Radley); his daughter Kelly; his grandson Zachary; his stepdaughters, Kristin Deordio and Nancy Freitag of Rochester, NY; his wife Carole L. Couchman; and his son Kyle A. Couchman.
