He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Rollin Gallagher and Gloria Gallagher (Ayers); his wife Cathy Lee Charlton; his children, Rachel Slate and Ethan (Heather Blair); his grandchildren, Samantha, Thomas and Gabriel; and his siblings, Erin, Steven and Edward.
