We are sad to announce that on December 10, 2023, at the age of 84, Dorothy Helen Parker of Three Mile Bay, New York, born in Watertown, New York passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Carroll Keeler and Louise Keeler (Angell) of Dexter, NY.. She is survived by: her sister Linda Laskey; her nephews, Alan Bartnik, David Wilminko and Brian Bartnik; and her niece Laurie Futrell.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in her honor to the Little White Church on Point Peninsula or the SPCA.
