He is survived by: his sister Rhoda Lo; his wife Yu Ming; his children, Song Ji (Teresa Abigail Cordoba), Ying and Yan (Senh Voong); his grandchildren, Jessie Du, Simon Du, Katie Voong, Eric Voong, Elizabeth Voong, Oliver Han Fu Liu and Gabriel Han Liong Liu; and his siblings, Liu Jia Ben (Rhoda Lo), Liu Jia Xuan (Pearl Liao), Liu Jia De (John Liu) and Liu Jia Chuan (Phillip Liu).
