She was predeceased by: her parents, Pasquale Pascucci and Mary Pascucci; her husband Hugo M. Bonafede, Sr.; and her siblings, Elizabeth Moffa, Charles and Anthony Pascucci.

She is survived by: her sons, Hugo M. Bonafede, Jr. of Ft, Lee, N. J. and Richard Bonafede (Clara) of Bronxville, N. Y.. She is also survived by her several nieces and nephew and great nieces and nephews.
