He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Angelina Mary Forte of Thornwood, N. Y.; his children, Vincent Forte (Ann) of Sun City, FL and Janet Monaco of Thornwood, N. Y; his grandsons, Jeffrey Forte, Anthony, Steven and Louis Monaco; his sister Carmela Galante; and his son-in-law Anthony Monaco.
Interment, Gate of Heaven Cemetery, Hawthorne, N.Y. In lieu of flowers donations to Sisters of Charity, 6301 Riverdale Ave. Bronx, N.Y. 10471, would be appreciated.
