He was predeceased by: his parents, John Westervelt and Anna Westervelt; and his parents-in-law, Virginia, Edward Moran, Timothy and Maryanne Moran.
He is survived by: his wife Patricia Moran Westervelt; his children, Thomas II, Meghan Westervelt and Colleen Beadnell (Josh) of Warrensburg, NY; his grandsons, James Castaneda and Travis Westervelt; and also Italian Venezia. He is also survived by many Brothers-in-Law, Sisters-in-Law, nieces, nephews, cousins, friends.
