She was predeceased by: her grandson Samuel Doty. She is survived by: her husband Johnny; her children, Barbara Sullwold (Kent), John Blaschke (Susan), Debra Tomicich (Edward), Robert Blaschke (Theresa French) and Dr. Linda Blaschke-Doty (Ben); her grandchildren, Brian (Michelle), Kevin (January), Kyle Sullwold (Amanda), John Christopher (Rachel), Kimberly (Anastasios Papagnou), Jeffrey Blaschke (Katarina Acuna), Noelle (John Anderson), John Edward (Maddy Mulcahy), Daniel Tomicich, Benjamin and Jack; and her great grandchild Madison Sullwold.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be sent in Olga's name to Joe Raso Hospice at 415 Buena Vista Road in New City, N.Y. 10956.
