She was predeceased by: her husband Richard G. O'Dell; her parents, Jeanette Strassburg (Rose) and Frank Strassburg; and her brother James Strassburg. She is survived by: her son Kevin R. (Barbara O'Dell); and her grandsons, Jeffrey C. (Renee O'Dell) and Jason K. O'Dell (Brittanie Mendez) of Stony Point, NY. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

Donations may be made to the First United Methodist Church in Jean's memory.
