He was predeceased by: his wife Vera. He is survived by: his children, Ann, Jean, Pat (Peggy) and George (Tammy); his grandchildren, Katherine (Jeff), Tom (Christie), Kevin (Denise), Kelly, Abby (Fabrizio), Connor and Elizabeth; and his great grandchildren, Liam, Maren, Conor, Elby and Zoe.
In Lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made in Chief's name to the Tunnel to Towers Foundation.
