It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sandra L Mattingly of Theresa, New York, born in Watertown, New York, who passed away on January 23, 2021, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Gerald C. Bartlett and Marion O. Ritter Bartlett; her husband James R. Mattingly of Philadelphia, NY; her son Marvin J. Mattingly (Lauri); her granddaughter Jane M. Mattingly; and her brothers, Gerald C. Bartlett, Jr. (Alice Dusharm) and Charles Bartlett (Linda). She was also cherished by nieces, nephews and cousins.
While recently diagnosed with COVID-19, Alzheimer's stole the best of her last 15 years of life.
