He was predeceased by: his parents, Everett Gifford and Caroline Gifford (Jones). He is survived by: his wife Theresa M. Gifford (O'Donnell); his children, Tammy Kotvis (David), Julie Hill and Robert Everett Gifford Jr. (Susan); and his grandchildren, Kelsey Hill, Tess Hill, Kelly Kotvis, John Kotvis (Patricia Giguere), Michael Gifford and Devin Gifford. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
