She was predeceased by: her parents, John Mize and Doris Simmons Mize; her husband Robert Osterhout; her daughter Barbra; and her brother John Mize.
She is survived by: her daughters, Cindy Gillette and Susan Sams (Thomas); her grandchildren, Sean Gillette, Nicole Fairchild, Tom Sams and Steven Sams; her siblings, James Mize (Delores) and Jane Yon (Bob); her sister-in-law Mary Mize; and her aunt Della Simmons. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
