He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard House and Viola Seymour House; and his brothers, Donald and Peter. He is survived by: his brother Teddy (Margaret Shampine); his nieces and nephews, Michael, Robin, Dawn, Cheri, April, Amber, Kelly, Donna, Lori, Teddy and Jennifer; and his sisters-in-law, Carol and Jane House. He is also survived by great-nieces, great-nephews and cousins.
