She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Clarence Ritter and Gladys House Ritter; her husband Gerald C. Bartlett of Theresa, NY; and her children, Gerald Bartlett, Jr. (Alice Dusharm), Charles Bartlett (Linda) and Sandra Mattingly (James). She was also cherished by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
