She was predeceased by: her parents, Milton Bisha and Doris Bisha (Cummins); her husband Louis C. Delles; her brother Greg Bisha; and her daughter Barbara White.
She is survived by: her daughters, Dawn Stevenson (Jesse) of Sackets Harbor, JoAnn White (William) of Southwick, MA, Christine Hoffman of Topeka, KS and Carol Green (Brandon) of Mount Pleasant, TX. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren.
A celebration of life will be held on Tuesday, May 27th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Sackets Harbor American Legion.
