We are sad to announce that on October 17, 2023, at the age of 78, James S. Doxtater (Theresa, New York), born in Watertown, New York passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He is survived by: his wife Brenda Scott; his son James A.; his daughter-in-law Wanda Doxtater of Redwood, NY; his granddaughters, Olivia Doxtater and Ruth Doxtater; his siblings, Tina Ainsworth of Black River, NY and Al "Doc" Doxtater of Evans Mills, NY; his siblings-in-law, Barbara Yerdon (Elwyn Bodley), Elizabeth Good and Dale Hale (Charlotte "Sam" Scott) of Philadelphia, NY; his son Charles Doxtater; his brother Dennis Doxtater; his niece Nichole Yerdon; and his nephew Keith Doxtater. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
