He was predeceased by: his parents, Hugh Thomas Quigley, Sr. and Olga Stupin Quigley; and his sister Judith Quigley DeToy of Riverdale, NY.. He is survived by: his wife Theresa Koncelik Quigley; and his children, Sally Ann Quigley Lopez, Georgia, Helen Quigley and Joseph Quigley. He is also survived by his wife and children.
The family ask that in lieu of flowers, donations be made in memory of Tom to the East Hampton Town Lifeguards.
