He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Arnold Slate and Ann Slate (Tuttle); his wife Jennifer (Karyn Levy); his children, Shannon, Edwin and Joseph (Shawna); his daughter-in-law Tasha; his grandchildren, Jenee, Logan, Eliana, Abel and Jack; and his siblings, Randi McCarthy (Michael), Arnold Slate (Judy) and Tina Benton.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to the funeral home to help cover family expenses.
