He is survived by: his brothers, Steve Hazelton (Cheryl), Winthrop and Jeff Hazelton; his wife Cynthia Sitts; his daughters, Laura Farrell (Tim Worline) and Lisa Anderson (Stephen); his grandchildren, Matthew Farrell (Savannah), Trevor Anderson (Danielle), Daniel Anderson (Kayla) and Emily Burns (Christoper); and his great grandchildren, Jolene Ivy Farrell, Mabel Rose Burns and Lyric Cynthia Anderson.
