He was predeceased by: his parents, Vincent Lotano and Michelina Lotano (Pizzo); his brother Carmine Lotano; and his sister-in-law Trudy Lotano. He is survived by: his wife Theresa Lotano; his children, Marymichelle Lotano, Dr. Vincent Lotano (Ramya), Christopher Kranick (Amy), Brian Kranick (Sarah) and Julie Sullivan (Joseph); his grandchildren, Ethan Kranick, Elena Lotano, Riley Kranick, Michael Lotano, Fiona Sullivan, Conor Sullivan, Angelo Southard, Kiernan Sullivan, Mary Margaret Kranick, Declan Sullivan, Josephine Kranick and Caroline Kranick; and his brother James Lotano (Dolores).

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Luke's Food Pantry, 1247 State Street, Schenectady NY 12304 or St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place Memphis, TN 38105.
