He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles L. Powell and Judy A. Powell (Cummings); his grandparents, Charles, Lena Cummings and Marion Powell; and also Bruce L. Chambers.
He is survived by: his close friend Krystin V. Chambers; his son Hunter C. Powell of Theresa; his siblings, Amy Powell Wise of Port Orange, FL, Gregg Powell (Debi) of Myrtle Beach, SC and Audra Powell Brouse; and also Susan K. Chambers (Theresa). He is also survived by one aunt, one uncle, and several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Visitation was held on Monday, November 18th 2024 from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Cummings Funeral Service, Inc. (214 Sterling St, Watertown, NY 13601). A celebration of life was held on Monday, November 18th 2024 at 6:00 PM at the VFW (231 Bellew Ave, Watertown, NY 13601).
