Payton (Tarrytown, New York), born in Brooklyn, New York, who passed away on June 16, 2019, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Janice; his sons, William Jr. and Stephen; his grandson Sean; his brothers, Jack and Fred; and also, Barbara and Cindy. He was also cherished by numerous step grandchildren and step great-grandchildren.
